15 Days Guarantee

Thank you for shopping at No Planet B. Online purchases, with the exclusion of swimsuits and underwear, made through our website are valid for exchange and return within 15 days from the date your order was delivered.

Simply submit a request for return/exchange and we will try our best to meet your request. Contact us at support@regenifinaturals.com immediately if you need help.

If 15 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.



What is the Return & Exchange Policy?

All returns/exchanges (excluding swimsuits and underwear) must be returned unworn, undamaged, unwashed and with all the original labels attached in the original packaging within 15 days from the delivered date. In all other cases, the buyer is responsible for all the incurred fees and no refund will be issued. 

Return shipping fees are at the customer's own expense. 

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. 

Swimsuits, underwear, lingerie, earrings cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged, unless the items are visibly defective.

We do not accept returned items that were sent back directly without notifying us upfront. You are very welcome to make an exchange as long as stock lasts or, alternatively, you will get a refund. 

 

Do you offer free return shipping?

How should I make a return/exchange?

Step 2: You will receive authorisation and return address by email within two business days.

Step 3: Ship your return/exchange item, and email us the tracking number and delivery company.
Step 4: We will issue refund/exchange within two business days of receiving your item.



How long does it take to get my refund or exchange?

What should I do if an item is missing from my order? 

Our products are shipped from different warehouses and in some cases, we may have to split your order so that you can receive some of your items faster.

Please rest assured, if an item is missing, we will resend it for free if you paid Priority International Shipping. Please, do check your order before signing for the package. 

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.



Cancellation Policy

We offer a full refund if the order is cancelled within 24 hours of your purchase.

For orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase but which have not been shipped, we offer partial refund charging 20% cancellation fee.

Note that we cannot accept any cancellation request if your order has been shipped.

 

Taxes

For most of the countries, our customers do not need to pay import fees, duties or VAT. Note, payment of applicable customers fee is at the customer's own expense.
